My feet hurt. We leave for our honeymoon tomorrow. Today, we shopped and packed, and I processed tomatoes.

So. Many. Tomatoes.

I would guess how many, but I can’t think. I roasted two 13 x 9 trays of Taxis, filled four bags of to-be-frozen chopped Taxis, made a double batch of pasta sauce with the Brandywines and Celebrities, made ratatouille for dinner (and froze some for lunch when I get back), and still had a couple left on the windowsill. They’re not too ripe so maybe they’ll be okay for a week. If not, oh well–at least my counter is clear and freezer is full, full, full of tomatoes.
