Flowers and even fruit are only the beginning. In the seed lies the life and the future.

That tomatillo flower is pretty cool … it looks almost like a potato flower. We also have parsley that’s going to seed. Who knew a pathetic little parsley plant would put out such massive flowers?

All are nice, but I like the jalapeno pepper and bean the best as far as the flowers go. The cuc and tomatillo would be my favorite eating though!

Meg–it does look like a potato flower, doesn’t it? I love the shape of the petals. My parsley plants are sprawling all over my garden–it’s ridiculous.
Aiyana, I agree as far as looks (though I do love the star shape of the tomatillo flower). I’m waiting for beans and cucumbers most myself. And of course a bunch of other things around the garden that aren’t in flower yet…

Beautiful flowers, the bean flowers are especially pretty.
